Cancellation Policy and Schedules:
All cancellations must be made in writing to Global Tracks. Travel insurance and airfare are non-refundable once purchased. Any payment to Global Tracks constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions set herein, including but not limited to the cancellation terms. All cancellations are subject to a non-refundable Global Tracks administration fee of $100 per person in addition to the below schedules:

Stateroom Descriptions
The Crystal Symphony has 424 staterooms in five categories: Deluxe Window, Deluxe Verandah, Penthouse(s), Penthouse Suite(s), and Crystal Penthouse Suite(s).
All Crystal Symphony staterooms include a choice of queen-size bed or twin beds, plush down comforters, 100% Egyptian cotton and Italian linens and bath towels, Frette robes, kimonos, slippers, luxury toiletries, a hairdryer, and a pillow menu. Refrigerators are stocked with complimentary soft drinks, beer, and bottled water. Additional amenities include a large flat-screen television with interactive ship programming and on-demand movies, wireless internet access, personal safe, umbrellas, mohair lap blankets, 24-hour complimentary room service, and twice-daily housekeeping.
As with most ships, the most expensive cabins are on the higher decks with mid-ship considered the most desirable location. The Crystal Symphony does not offer inside cabins (interior cabins with no windows). A limited number of triple occupancy cabins are available, predominantly used by families with a small child, and discouraged for use by three adults as the third berth is a pull-out sofa bed. The ship does not offer quad occupancy cabins, however, a limited amount of connecting staterooms are available.
Complete valet services are available for a fee including laundry, pressing, and dry cleaning. Complimentary self-service launderettes, including washing machines, detergent, fabric softener, dryers, irons, and ironing boards are available.

Staterooms feature a small sitting area with a love seat and coffee table with adjustable height, making in-room dining convenient. The desk and chair doubles as a lighted vanity with a large mirror, plus drawers and shelves for storage. The wall closet provides short and long hanging space and three small drawers, with additional storage in the bedside tables and bathroom.
Deluxe Staterooms with Windows are located on Decks 5, 7, and 8. Please note staterooms on Promenade, Deck 7, look out onto the full wraparound teak deck used for walking and jogging. Deck 7 has multiple doors for easy access to the outside promenade deck.
Stateroom categories that are labeled “Limited View” or “Extremely Limited View” are due to an obstruction caused by lifeboats, safety equipment, or by the design of the ship itself. While your view may be interrupted, natural light will still stream into your cabin.
Note: Window staterooms are also referred to as Outside or Oceanview.

The interior living space, features, and size of the Window and Verandah staterooms are the same. The additional square footage is your private verandah.
Verandah staterooms have a floor-to-ceiling sliding glass door leading outside, featuring an outward-facing wall made entirely of glass, which provides additional natural light and scenic views along your journey. The verandah has two patio chairs and a table. Fresh air and the ability to hear the sounds of the ocean waves are among the top reasons verandah cabins are popular. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee as the ship arrives into port or a glass of wine under the stars.

This category offers sleek modern décor and a large walk-in luxury shower with body jets instead of bathtubs.
Penthouses offer all the amenities of a Deluxe Stateroom with Verandah but have a larger private verandah with ottomans for added comfort, more living space, and a walk-in closet with ample storage instead of a wall closet.
Penthouses feature personal butler service by exceedingly well-trained staff, making your cruise carefree. Services include packing and unpacking upon request, handling of reservations for spa, specialty dining, and shore excursions once onboard, garment pressing, shoeshines, and more. The finest and largest of all Crystal Symphony’s suites, the Crystal Penthouses are an ultra-luxurious retreat at sea. Nearly double the size of a Penthouse Suite, Crystal Penthouses offer a spacious master bedroom, private verandah, living and dining area, a master bathroom, and a guest bathroom.
